deposite VPS problem

I'm having trouble depositing funds into my VPS. I'm trying to deposit with a VISA card and I keep getting the message "processing, please wait."
 

Deposit the necessary funds into your MQL5 account first and then choose the MQL5 account way of payment, during your MQL5 VPS purchase.

The VPS system has been completely down for more than 3 hours. There is no support and no solution to the problem. Who bears the losses????
 
MQL5.com technicians are working on it.
