You evidently didn't read my post and didn't look at the attached photo. The service desk live chat is GLITCHED and stuck in a permanent cycle. I click the start a new chat button and it spits out the same words over and over again. I click it again, does the cycle again. It's completely broken, as I explained.
This has happened to me in past many times, but every time it was after a browser update or windows update. They way i have fixed it every time was deleting all browser history, including cookies from this site.

I am having a serious issue where I can’t change my email for my current company MQL5 profile as it's the same one as my old personal deleted MQL5 account. "Email already in use".
I deleted my old personal account for a reason, so I could update this MQL5 accounts email to THIS email and run my company from here instead. I cannot change the email of the deleted account, I need someone to help me please.
I tried to start a live chat, but it keeps coming up glitched as per the attached photo.
Can you please update my MQL5 email. This is my new company email, and I can’t access my old (now deleted) personal MQL5 account to change that email. I thought deleting it would be fine to use the email in another account.
Keep in mind, I have been trying to service desk for days now, but its glitched and stuck in a permanent cycle of "Start a new chat" when I keep clicking it. So annoying, no support elsewhere whatsoever. Someone please help!
