Another thing that i noticed is that some freelancers use tricks to keep their good scores like not accepting the requirements before completion of the projects, this way they can take days to deliver the results and just accepting the requirements seconds before the delivery. If you look at the reviews you see only good reviews and projects completed within seconds (what is not possible for all project, maybe some but not all like we can see in many profiles). But there is not a track (review/arbitration) of customers that was cheated by these freelancers.
 
I believe that the advent of artificial intelligences like chatgpt and deepseek has caused many to call themselves "programmers" without ever having had a single class in programming logic, and I say this because I am a programmer and I have used AIs as a work tool, it has made things much easier... however, as scammers realize that AIs are moving towards literally replacing professional programmers, who we studied in college to learn the profession, scammers are realizing that there is fertile ground for new ways to apply scams... instead of using AIs to build a robot for themselves and be able to make money in trading, instead of applying scams... a possible solution would be for all of us to create a culture of reporting.

I have reported a lot.. but sadly metaquotes team seems to do nothing about it.

Because it's not their economic system.

 
Seems this is all designed to work for third grade economies... not even a second grade economy can bear such low prices. I think the best advantage one can get from the public freelance environment is building a 200-Job stat and leave for better opportunities out there.

This gives a very poor evaluation of the developers, as if they were just code reviewers provided by ChatGPT and that, in the end, it is not worth more than $30

To be honest this is true... When you start freelancing in such environment it means probably you have no other choice. You should not compare yourself to those people.

I've been in this situation and I know how it ends.

We are grinding down from the bottom and getting people used to evaluating the cost of a service that is not the right one.

Globalization is not going to help in this matter.

Everyone will have to make a choice, customers and suppliers alike.

Totally agree with you. I am just saying this is how it is working. For now as an urgent solution metaquotes can add more complex development assessment checks as well as increased minimum price.
