'Signal' option not showing in MT4

hello everyone,

in my MT4 latest terminal and even in old terminals i'm unable to find "signal" option to copy someone's signal and in MT5 signal option is visible but not clickable,

even i click it from MQL4 website it does not open in both MT4 and MT5

what should i do now,

do i need to top up MQL5 account first? 

 

You need to connect your Metatrader to your real/live trading account to see this option.

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter
