As said here, some provider allow fraudulent activities and they were banned. Search for different providers.

I don't understand why I have to find another provider. I've already given my reasons.

You might need to think the other way around—why was I blocked when I did nothing wrong? and the provider is Vultr, not Zomro.

Vultr has just as long of history with similar complaints on this forum. just a quick search of this site will show up several of these threads. If you google vultr also, it is not just mql that has blocked both vultr and zomro for  many years, neither being blcoked just recently but for years.

I am sorry but if i was in similar predicament, then, I would be going to my bank and getting reimbursement.

then, contact the support to forward your issue.

we are just regular users of mt4/5. Even most of the moderators are just free support, and are also just regular users of mt4/5, like yourself and me, that have nothing to do with mq or support.

If you search this site you will find a large thread that is years old, that has comments up to just few days ago with info that may give you more information, however, the summary is that groups of IP addresses have been blocked in the past.

You may ask support to lift ban on your ips as I know they can do that if your ips are proven to falsely added to this blocklist.

dunno mate. But once your ticket is approved, I would add all the extra information including the known ip addresses. Anyways. good luck.

Thank you for your opinion.

I have spent years teaching people how to use MT4/MT5, including teaching them how to Dev EA.

VPS is my additional source of income, where people can support me.

If I lose it without doing anything wrong, I would be deeply saddened

Some VPS providers were blocked from the Market but it is very rare case. And in most of the situation - the VPS prvider did it by itself.

My example: I had error 403 with my home laptop ... why? Because my WebView2 was broken and because I had the problem with host file.
I re-installed WebView2 and edited host file - and everything is fine.

There are a lot of the reasons of this error 403, and you should ask the service desk just to be sure that it is block from MQL5 for example.
And here are much more reasons about "community authorization failed".

And as I see from your screenshot - the IP is 78.140.180.54 which may be IP from Zomro VPS provider (and this VPS provider was blocked from the Market).

Dedicated servers, not vps, yes, at Zomro, and everything worked fine there until recently. So what to do? What to do with advisor activations?

..and yes - it was Zomro which was blocked together with subnets.

Thanks for the answer, we've already figured it out, the reason is not in our servers.

Error 403 is an IP in the server's stop list (or all IPs, except, etc.) that you are accessing, and not "no internet".

I do not know about - did the user fix his VPS/server from Zomro by itself and so on - or not ...
