i subscribed to a signal but no positions

Hi

 i had subscribed to a signal and already the money has been locked  but still when the provider open a position it is not opening in my account

i trade with xm
1:500
micro

so please any advise

I am sure you will get advice what settings to check, however, you need to contact service desk at same time.

Also check the MQL5 VPS Journal or your MT4/5 Journal tab for any errors, regarding symbol mapping.

2025.01.09 01:30:06.272 Signal '380611520': different specification of symbol GBPJPY, signal provider has minimal volume 0.01, subscriber has 0.1

this is the msgs i got from journal  and it is almost for all pairs

about the links  above i did it the same and it is in my station my problem is the positions don't open in my account

if any one had this befor how can i solve it

Make sure that your broker has the same symbols without any suffixes and check for any other error messages in the MQL5 VPS or your MT4/5 terminal's Journal.
