Banned until 2029 for seemingly no reason?
Somehow I've managed to login using tor browser and open a support ticket, but I'm appalled at why I have not been informed of the reason for this ban until 2029? Even then the support bot says my account is not banned and therefore doesn't provide an option to make a support request under the relevant subject, you have to click around until it lets you make a support ticket.
What happened: I was simply sat on the freelance section, about to reply to an applicant for a job I have open, and the message doesn't seem to send, so I refresh the page, and suddenly on all of my devices I have error 403 not authorised, and my MT5 platform is logged out and I can't log back in again.
I've had like 6 5 star jobs on the freelance section and never broken any of the rules, so why on earth I have been banned for 5 years is insane.
If any support or moderator sees this and is able to help. I'd greatly appreciate it.

No, this is my first account, I'm somehow able to login if I'm using the tor browser, but using brave, chrome, edge on my PC, laptop or mobile phone I get error 403 not authorised, and at the top of the screen it doesn't say now but when I was logged in while writing the support ticket it said "banned until 2029-04-16(.) "
I did make a second account to try and get in touch with support after realizing my mql5 login on my terminal wouldn't work, but then I tried to login on tor with my normal account (this one) and it seemed to work, so I will delete the 2nd account.
