banning because of spam.

Hello,

Does any body can help me to say how can we understand for what reason I have been banned?

because last week I was banned suddenly for a week and as I know I haven't done any thing wrong. 

My activity at site until now was only making friends and answering the private messages. I have not even send private message to any body first.

I am asking because I am going to get to know to prevent such a problem happens to me again. (I have read the rules in the forum that make us be banned .The most important reason was sending PM to the members and I have not done such a mistake).

Hey, I guess maybe you are sending a huge number of friend requests maybe this is the reason
