Signal get disabled on its own

I have an issue with the signal on MT5 may be someone can help, the issue is that the subscribed signal get disable automatically (though I am using VPS!) so I have to get it checked every than and now (so annoying!) and than have to "enable realtime subscription" in MT5. Is there anyway you can guide me to resolve this issue so the signals can permanently be enabled in realtime, btw I have monthly automatic renewal of the signal (I have asked same question with the service desk( but no satisfied answer so far!).TIA

Are you using MQL5 VPS?
Because this issue is on your local computer which is not related to MQL5 VPS at all after you migrate your subscription to VPS.

You should check for this:   signal enabled , message regularly (once a day i would say), in order to ensure that you are copying the signal perfectly. Thanks, i think i've noticed the issue after reading that - noticed in the journal that the currency pairs couldn't be found, and so must have been because they're not in the watchlist, i've added them so hopefully that'll be ok now

In addition to the instructions that Sergey posted, make sure that you DO NOT logout of your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community.

In order all your MQL5.com purchases and subscriptions to work smoothly, you must remain logged into your MQL5 account at all times!
