MT5 won't start on MacBook Pro M1

Hey,

I'm on a MacBook Pro M1 from 2020 and wanted to install a *** EA for MetaTrader5. Unfortunately, the process is somewhat more complicated on Mac compared to Windows. While trying do install the *** EA , I messed up and deleted MT5 Files in the Data Folder. Now, when I try to reinstall MT5, it won't open no matter what I do. Can anyone help?
