My EA is not working

I tried to use an EA( [product name] ).

But the EA never starts trading.

What should I do?

Your log clearly shows that trading is disabled. Check the symbol's contract specification on the Market Watch, or contact with the broker.

However, for specifics, please ask the seller for support on a specific product. The forum can only be used for general purpose discussion about products or the Market service.
