Disabling EA on VPS

hey, is there any option to disable EA on VPS servew?

Example:

- i  have couple instruments with ea's migrated to vps

- i want to create another ea or indicator which will disable ea on some chart if some ea will start doing crazy things

So i want to ask, is any command or something like this that i can disable trading on some chart or remove ea from chart? i need to do this on vps

If it is about MQL5 VPS so you need to prepare everything on your local Metatrader (charts, EAs attached to the charts with settings, with autotrading to be ON), and provide migration/synchronization once again (to transfer those changes to MQL5 VPS).

yes i know, i want to create my own ea which will disable other ea on vps if some conditions will be met, so i know i need to prepare it all before migration, my custom ea will be migrated with others (from market - so i have no power to create in those ea some conditions to stop placing orders etc)
