Trades not copying automatically

My trades are not copied to my subscribers automatically, any help
 

They can check the instruction about how to subscribe (in case they are missing something for example):

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter

You don't have any subscribers on your signal, so your question does not make any sense.

If you want a quality answer then explain your issue in detail.

Check the screenshot, I have 3 subscribers , whom I added manually

No one knows what you have done - same or not; because you (and your subscribers) only know all technical details about what they did and what not, and what was written in the journal related to the mapping, and so on.
So, you or your subscribers should estimate the reason for possible fixing.
We (on the forum) can help in theoretical point of view only.

So, "not coping" for two possible reasons:

  • your subscribers did not follow the instruction about how to subscribe (they missed some steps in the instruction);
  • mapping situation/issue - they should read  the post about what is that.

Hi guys, i've subscribed for a signal and my log looks like this - error messages of every trade that it tries to sync. 316 signal '51002904': position usdjpy skipped as no symbol found. 316 signal '51002904': signal copying for 'xauusd' is prohibited

Yes, subscribers must maintain the MetaTrader terminal connected at all times, or use the MetaTrader VPS service.
