How to subscribe to an unrated signal?

I am signal provider. My signal is not rated but i have one client that wants to copy my trades. He still needs to open MT5 account but i am wandering if he will be able to find my signal and copy my trades if I am not rated. thank you

Got 2 more questions:

1. so in this case as signal provider i can even open new account without any trading history and my client can still copy my future trades? correct?

2. when my client decides to copy my trades (for 30usd per month) does he gets VPS and trades are copied even when he turns off the computer? Or his computer and platform needs to be open or he needs to buy VPS from you?
