"iOS" is strictly only for mobile devices. Those laptops don't run "iOS"—they ran "macOS" or "OS X".
Yes you can download MT5 for Apple Mac but MetaTrader (desktop terminal) runs in a virtual "Windows" environment (because it is a Windows application), so the limits are the same.

I would like to thank you for your help, especially, when you have accused me of running a "forex shop".... I was thinking about it a lot recently, because I spend most of my time working on experts anyway, so why wouldn't I monetize on it?
So I have two questions for you:
1. you did mentioned, that metaquotes have some sort of licensed software, that could help me to run such a shop. What exactly did you have in mind? I have been on the metaquotes web page and I have not found anything, that would be helpful in running such an establishment. Could you send me some link or something?
2. how could such a shop look like? what services/goods would be offered in such a place??
This is the retail website. You will not find such information here.
You will have to contact MetaQuotes directly and discuss it with them, whether it be their back-end API or white label program. Read the following for establishing contact with them:
thank you for your reply.
I am posting in the mt4 chapter as there is no dedicated space for mt5 issues.
so you are saying that the limit in mt5 is 32 terminals per computer session..? so why with the same hardware and the same EAs running on it the amount of working EA went down from 25 to 20 only by changing the mt5 build??
Clearly there is something that could be done in terms of coding, that could bring the amount of terminals per session back to 25 instances working simultaniusly. Maybe there could be an MT5 light version, which would be dedicated more towards the symultanious portable server operation.
I also couldn't stop to wonder what kind of hardware would be able to run 32 terminals at the same time if quite new and fast 8 core CPU with 32 GB of RAM can run only 20...??
I have TR3990X(128 logical cores) with 128GB RAM, run 32 MT4 Terminals for optimization at the same time cost me only max about 35% CPU. (for max stability, I run only 31 MT4 Terminals at the most time).
Now I am migrating my MT4 EA to MT5 Language, I can tell you later(may be a month, depending on my free time) how many MT5 Terminals I can run on this machine.
Create a windows virtual machine with enough ram you can add another 25,
Create a second virtual machine and you can add another 25....
Etc
The technical limit is 32 terminals, not EAs.
hi, may I ask where does this information come from? I currently can open 18 terminals max, so I wonder if it's because of virus or meta5 limit.
Currently if I try to open the 19th terminal or more, not just the additional terminals are malfunctioned, also the computer system, like I can't open task manager and data folder.
I tried searching if it's because of meta5 limit but can't find official information any where.

I would close one terminal, try to open the task manager, and check resource usage... rinse and repeat in the case of the task manager failing to open.
The task manager is an additional application demanding resources. Your pc's CPU/memory likely can't handle the heavy load.
