Cant copy signal from macbook

Yes, i'm logged it. Now the problem it's different, when i click COPY ...... starts a downloadof mt5setup.exe.
I really dont know...

Recently switched to macbook M1, downloaded MT5 but when i try to copy a signal ( clicking on COPY - x USD ..... ) nothing happen.
Am i doing something wrong? Some ideas how can i fix it?
