2. Until you can state your criterion in concrete terms, it can not be coded. For example, if two adjacent candles overlap the trendline, is that two touches?

Using arrays could help in your case

You can do it by searching the last bars of ZigZag using iCustom or load iFractals  and then Draw a trendline
