The signal is produced by projecting the high or low on the next candle. If the high remains above the red. It's a sell signal. If the low is below the blue, it's a buy signal. Two bars work.
All is well and good, but there is a need for prediction. This is where the reversal signal comes in.
That's why we should remember the previous analysis, i.e. we should know when the trend emerged

You can't do all of them.
For example, some are needed to check a formula or a calculation with prognostication of the trading behaviour of an EA
Some are model EAs
An indicator may have a completely different function
