What do I do if I don't use the hotkey letter in words in the translated version?
If you don't use a hotkey at all, you don't need to put &.
If you don't use the hotkey at all, you don't need to put &.
You have misunderstood, the hotkey is used, but the English letter is used, and in regional (translated) variants the words don't have the necessary letter.
ZY Am I right to understand that when translating, regardless of the presence of &,
the hotkey described in the English version (as a reference key) will be used?

No, if there is no ampersand in the translation, it will not be displayed in the menu, and accordingly the command itself will not be called in combination with Alt.
Hotkeys or literally shortcuts (Ctrl+letter, function keys F1-F12, Enter, Delete, etc.) DO NOT depend on the interface language and keyboard layout. But keyboard shortcuts with Alt depend on the keyboard layout (and therefore on the interface language).
Combinations with Alt were invented to allow the user to invoke menu commands (even those for which there are no hotkeys) without using the mouse from the keyboard.

Nikolay, &<symbol> is not a hotkey hardwired into the system. (remember VC++ or Delphi).
but on the contrary - the & symbol allows you to assign this very hotkey to any character.

In all variants there will be exactly the key preceded by &.
And languages have nothing to do with it. Key events are handled by vinda and sent to the application. And the application with its own mechanisms determines where to send the key next - to process the menu command (by &) or to add a character to editbox.

All variants will have a different key.
We offer $300 for full translation into a new language (which is not included in the terminal).
If there are those interested, please specify the desired language directly in the comments here. Translation will be done through the"Work" service.
And how will you evaluate the quality of translation?
In my humble opinion, this is exactly the case when Jobs service is not very suitable, because it is difficult for the customer to determine whether the work is of high quality or not.
For example: the word "skovorodka" in Ukrainian can be translated as "skovoridka" and "patelnya", and both variants are correct, they just occur in different dialects.
And these are only language nuances, and there are also nuances of intuitiveness of the interface.
So I think that even after the order is handed over and all formalities are closed, there may be questions to the executor.
Thank you, Bulgarian and Ukrainian translators have already been selected.
Any other options for translation?
It is not a secret that the MQL5.Community is bilingual, and in my opinion, the Russian part is more developed.
When you change the language other than Russian, in the terminal or editor, messages about new articles and codes start coming from the English-speaking part.
I would like to have a choice, en ru or mixed mode.
I used to get feedback about my Russian-language articles from English-speaking users.
So this feature will be useful for the en part of MQL5.Community.
