No one has access to the contest accounts (I mean no ONE organiser with admin access). How are you going to limit the drawdown? Just with words?
Better: no admin, then no need to write all sorts of ephemeral rules, such as "drawdown not more than nn%" - because it is impossible.

In the sense of control by judges? Is it impossible to check all trades after the competition is over?
Not feasible in the sense of control by the judges? Is it impossible to check all transactions after the competition is over?
It is possible, of course, but how much time it would take to check manually)
You could, of course, but how long it would take to check manually)
The pro and con of a 20% drawdown limit (a compromise option) is checked at the end of the competition and whoever has more than 20% drawdown in a position is excluded from the ranking.
Either that or a vote is needed.
Let's collect votes then. for and against the 20% drawdown limit (a compromise option), checked at the end of the competition and who has there have been drawdowns in the position over 20% is excluded from the ranking.
Either that or a vote is needed.
Is it necessary to count each position separately? Or a drawdown on total equity ?
Not feasible in the sense of control by the judges? Is it impossible to check all trades after the end of the competition?
I mean, quickly, in the middle of the competition, to stop the offender's trade.
Should each position be counted separately? Or is the drawdown by total equity ?
Wouldn't the drawdown that is fixed by the signals service work? A series of losing trades is also an equity drawdown.
