You have absolutely deliberate action and the result is natural.
Just forget about the ads and everything will be fine. No need to look for loopholes.
Maybe there will finally be some normal, clear rules so that everyone knows what is allowed and what is not?

There's not much specificity. It can be interpreted either way.
I have a question, is it OK to link to a free product from the marketplace in the forum?

Now that you've started to explain the details of the rules, I would like to ask you to explain something else:
There is a clause in the rules that forbids discussion of brokers. But there were conflicts with moderators, I don't think it's necessary to remember and look up where and when, not so important, when a mere mention of a broker's name was seen as a discussion.
For example how do you answer the question "Which brokers provide MT5 accounts?". Now such questions are answered in private. But can such an answer be considered a discussion of a broker?
Любые действия Пользователя, которые, по мнению MQL5 Ltd, ограничивают или препятствуют осуществлению прав другого Пользователя, использующего cайт mql5.com, не допускаются.
A very subjective way of putting it, isn't it?
