I tried to understand something in the code, but I am not humanistic.

The indicator shows something, but not the same thing.

I manually marked the maximum/minimum of the previous month on the chart with horizontal lines. There is something wrong with the indicator in calculations by the month.

I tried to cancel the exception of Saturday and Sunday - alas, it did not help.
