A trader dreams of making lots and lots of money. Alone. By himself. For himself. A "cashless" trader would prefer to throw free money into an account, but no way to spend it on a hangout. If a trader with money, I assume...
- The main idea is to have a non-specific (not purely trader's) hall, so that "colleagues" do not get in the way (as well as the annoying wife, a dopey husband, and children who have not found them),
- staff have at hand: pens of different types, pencils (different types), notebooks of 5-10 samples, bouncers, notebooks, ai... etc., that a trader wandering around might need,
- three walls "over the head" (in sitting position - booth),
- cabins have different or optional seating (for example, I prefer a wicker chair),
- local ventilation,
- accurate clock,
- a dimmable, unobtrusive "night light",
- buttons to order: "tea", "coffee", "cigarettes", "set lunch", "select menu", "call the manager", etc. + non-speaking feedback (specify how the chicken is cooked, for example),
- obligatory button: "disturb",
- unobtrusive electronic notification: "they want to talk to you" - the address in the hall,
- tables in the common room for socialising over a friendly dinner,
- clear, silent staff - all conversations take place when the trader is outside the cubicle (his comfortable desk) or at his request,
- no "signposting" about trading.
I would go to such a comfort booth every night, for the americans.
