Got a business idea, a trading room, what do you think?

There is a large area. Basement of a residential building in a central location. Planned space for a gym and billiard room, sports bar. I want a trader's hall, or something to replace it, or "move" the area of other activities.

Justify the profitability of the project, the partners, I can not yet, no visual examples, maybe you tell? The structure, organization of the workplace, the size of its rent, the contingent, staff, partners. What it should be, a common room, a room divided by partitions (individual seats), etc. Would like to pull local traders and unite them under one roof, a working, comfortable atmosphere.

Help with pics, links to similar projects. Don't hesitate to speak up as traders are a peculiar people, what one wants won't work for another.

A kitchen with free coffee is a must :)

Sure, cooler, tea, coffee...

By the way, that's why they call it a kitchen:)

Let's keep it on topic from now on, please.

OK. Buy :)

I will speak out. Why would a trader need this? It's not like we're living in '95. A good laptop with Internet + smartphone, so that you don't even have to stare at your laptop too often - that's all you need for comfortable work. I can't think of anything more individual. Need an adviser 24*7*365 - you can put it on the UPU. I can't think of a single "FOR" for me to sit in the basement of an apartment building, in an individual partition.

ZS: add a sauna, it goes better with the gym and billiards.

I cannot justify the profitability of the project in front of partners yet, no visual examples, maybe you can suggest something? An interview and a walk around the office with someone who makes money in the stock market

Professional brokers make such halls for beginners: training + dealing centre with consultants. About five years ago, BCS usually had no room in such a room. People come for consultations and a personal forum instead of the internet. They leave such a room either after they lose their money or after they acquire their skills in about three years.

Such halls are of interest to brokers or DCs in order to attract clients. Traders do not earn much from the hall. Maybe only on related goods/services such as booze and food and it is unlikely to pay off

Profitable can be a type of semi-casino with bets on rate changes like binary options. But even if you formally bring this activity in accordance with the law (opening an account, contracts, licenses, etc.), you will still need a roof, so as not to crack as an underground casino. But this is closer to a bookmaker's office, albeit with a trader's bias. Can be combined with sports betting.

Put a good supply and exhaust ventilation there and make a gym there - more money will be made in terms of output.

p.s. And if you also find a competent instructor )))) .....
