There are indices for working with the news. There are indices that show how much time is left till the end of the bar.

We need to combine them. I.e. simple and tedious. Do I need it? :)

Why do you need it in the terminal? Better to make a gadget for windos.

If we are talking about the purity of the language, I think it's time to make a trading clock on mql5, because screens have been appearing with some regularity for a year already - it means there is an interest in it.
 
Yep - on the website where this clock is, there's a SWF file with all the drawings you need - take them out and make a clock for mt5...

And it is just in the plans. There is even a tiny replacement for MT4. But it is very small.

I've seen it, and it's not exactly a bitty one, by mql4 means it's quite good - it doesn't slow down the terminal

That's why I'm saying if you want to make a clock, use mql5, maybe it will help to draw the background and put the clock size in settings
