Experiment.

Competition:
start 01.12.2018.
finish 31.12.2018.
I set a goal:
To increase the starting deposit by 100 times.
And preferably without losing trades ;)

I'd like to have a competition, too :-) It's a bit boring on New Year's Eve...

in 100 of course not, but with the hands of 2-3 multiples seems real

PS/ for some reason there are no contests/competitions as a class in the local anthill now

Олег avtomat:

Thank you!

And if the conditions are a little simpler and at the same time clear of excitement,

by opening and closing solely in single lots and obtaining

themaximum achievable result in each trade?

Contests - it's a very useful thing, if you approach them wisely.

Those are different conditions. Significantly different.

First, such restrictions (1 lot) knowingly do not allow to win the competition, where other participants do not have such restrictions, or as in this case, maxLot=50.

Secondly, what isthe "maximum achievable" result? It will be different for different TFs. And in many cases it will be contrary to the main objective.

Upload a story for 3 months to the tester, that's your competition.) In 5-10 m you know what place you won.

it's not that... it's artificial... it's inanimate... it's a doll...

If the testing is different from the real - screw the tester and finally admit that it's no good at all.

If testing is equivalent to reals, the real is only needed to finally check the ATS capability - it takes a few days and a dozen trades. And then the ATC may be set free to graze. I.e., everything is alive and there is no difference.

All that remains is to choose an option)).

it's like: take a "rubber woman" and in 5-10 min...:-)

I can't drink that much...

Well, you, dear boy, have associations)).

Mary Ivanovna shows a brick to the children in class and asks:

- Vovochka, what are you thinking about when you look at this brick?

- About sissies, Mary Ivanovna.

- Vovochka, why about women?

- I always think about them.

If the testing differs from the real - screw the tester and finally admit that it is useless.

If testing is equivalent to real trading, then the real is only needed for the final check of the ATS capability - that's a few days and a dozen trades. And then the ATC may be released for free grazing. I.e., everything is alive and there is no difference.

I pissed it off about 10-15 years ago, or maybe even more, I don't remember.

Testing has NEVER been and will never be equivalent to the real thing. It's impossible in principle.

SO

And the analogy with the "rubber woman" in this case is very appropriate.
