the best info is the ratio of buy and sell volumes, it seems to me

If there are 10 000 BUY orders and the price goes down this means that all BUYs are covered - by aces and kings

In total, he said 33,000 of the 100,000 US troops currently deployed in Afghanistan would return home by September 2012.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Thursday made a brief comment on US President Barack Obama's decision to start withdrawing US troops from Afghanistan. "We welcome the announcement made by the US president," Karzai said, speaking to reporters in Kabul. - We see it as a good measure for Afghanistan and therefore support it."

Following the US, France also intends to begin a gradual withdrawal from Afghanistan, according to a communiqué issued by the Elysee Palace on Thursday. The timetable for the withdrawal will be agreed with NATO partners and Afghan authorities, the document said. The Elysee Palace press service informs that US President Barack Obama had a telephone conversation with French President Nicolas Sarkozy before his televised address to the nation. There are now 4,000 French soldiers stationed in Afghanistan.
