I had such a glitch on the demo.

The realka was fine with all the orders. Robotech is still working as it is....

ARE YOU EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM ONLY ON THE DEMO OR ON THE REAL ACCOUNT ????

 
I remember when it happened on another brokerage, I was very green then and the first time I saw it, then, after that jump, I had -300 bucks on my real account and I thought I had to give it back to the broker..... daaaaaa, that was my experience ^_^

You should definitely contact the office. You have to cancel the last transactions on your account.

I got my demo account back to the original numbers. They sent me a letter .... with apologies.

But it is a demo!

don't worry so much, that's it, everyone will get it back, it's not a market quote, a mistake to put it simply, they'll fix it soon ^_^

People in the know say you can get half your debt reduced by presenting a certificate of hardship. :)

I do not know about the demo account, I have three reals:

micro - all ok, not affected, although there were some candles

Investor account real - all good, not affected although I had some candles

Personal account real - minus 11 11 million and it was with a triggered lock.
