Most likely already started a downward movement... And the downward movement will be protracted...

I must confess that I have been working on the forecasts of these VTB newsletters since early summer.
It happens (not infrequently) that these forecasts are slightly delayed. And the price goes slightly against the forecast at first.
In such cases I scale in boldly, "averaging" my position, but in the end I almost always show profit, and often in very good profit.
This newsletters plus elements of tehanalysis helped me much in last months of manual trading.
