You are asking if there is a way? The answer is that there is. In general, it is formulated as follows:
1) define the object of measurement
2) you define the units of measurement
3) determine the permissible limits of possible values
4) determine the ranges of values and assign the names to them
5) determine the rules for calculating the indicators in the given units
6) calculate and see what range you fall within
but all this is meaningless without the first point: what is success?
