The solution is simple - make this pop-up chat disable - who likes it and who is comfortable with it, let him work with it.
The mini chat is an extra functionality -- and there's no reason to make it an unconditional feature.
There are back and forward buttons in browsers -- there's no need to make new windows unconditional because of chat.
Mini-chat -- is it a mandatory attribute of the new interface? -- Optional -- whoever likes it, let them use it.
p.s. I, for example, don't need mini chat and don't need to deal with its glitches and features.

The problem with the microscopic chat room that was introduced into the forum's established routine yesterday is that it doesn't make sound message logic.
As it was:
-- there was a message -- clicking on the message info -- immediately led to a dialog and you could chat right away
Now:
-- a message appeared -- clicking on the message info -- leads to some kind of window from which it's inconvenient to dialog -- and you have to do a series of manipulations to get to the dialog branch.
Another problem (peculiarity) with the proposed chat room is the insufficient (little used) functionality for dialogue:
-- our dialog is chunks of program code, text selection, pictures, attachments
-- the proposed dialog is just text (quick text reply)
How much demand for such a dialog (quick response) is it (mandatory)?
Yesterday, most likely after installing the MT5 platform update, the platform stopped showing/downloading all the news. The news list itself with headlines is present, but when unfolded in the message body the headline is repeated and only. Does anyone know what's wrong?
