The history of ticks shows that there is no such thing in the RTS futures.

  • There are special types of market orders that combine several actions at once (Not MT5).

The thing is, not flippers, but bestbands were monitored (COPY_TICKS_INFO). So 1msec is reasonable. If there are HFTs, where are they? Judging by the script, they are some kind of brakes.
