Testing the EA. After several (about five) runs (same EA under unchanged conditions) I have entered Agents tab. At this point something happened to the terminal: Hourglass, stopped responding.
After a dozen seconds the reaction to the buttons appeared, but the attempt to run a test fails

After about five minutes I managed to run the test (the terminal didn't reboot). But login to Agents tab often takes very long (a few seconds).
Rebooted the terminal and got the same synchronization error the first time I ran the test.

1. You can't upload your quotes to MT5 and you can't create a symbol either. The quality of quotes and correct synchronisation is now the responsibility of the DC/broker and the trading complex.
2. the Euro was introduced in 1999, but before it there was a currency like the ECU (that was used in the European monetary system from 1979 to 1998).
Yes and knowing the composition and ratio of the currencies in the Euro structure it is theoretically possible to calculate the exchange rate in quite some depth.

Added a remote agent on another machine, selected it.
Agent list shows Ready state, but until you start metatester process explicitly, synchronization error (no agent folder).

By the way, I have tried to select an agent inMQL5 Cloud Network - the Select option is not available, despite the Ready status.
Is it supposed to be like this?
