Recommendation about the brokers is prohibited on this forum.
So, do not expect any direct answere on your questions here related to particular broker or case.

 
Yeah understood. Nowadays too much scam brokers and they are very smart. 
 
So where can I get to see the brokers that recommend by this forum?

It is legal question/issue situation.
Because as I exmapled: it may be scam in your country but it may be legit in other country.
And the governments can tell only - scam or not.

There are some forex forums which are specialized on the discussions about the brokers.
Search google with "forex forum brokers discussion" and especially with "forexpeacearmy forum brokers discussion".
Find those forums and ask their advice.
By the way, I was using those forums as well ...

But please note that any opinion or any review of the broker is not the final decision; you should look at the governments/license and more and more (re-read my posts above to decide about the following: to be legit, or not to be legit? that is the question

Some educational information -

The charts, the price on the charts, the symbols to trade (US stocks symbols for example), the name of the symbols and the time of the price on the charts - all those are related to the brokers only (one broker is providing some symbols, the other brokers - not).
There are a lot of Metatrader brokers so use google to find something for yourself according to the criterias you selected.

Try with demo first.
