Do I need VPS?

I recently subscribed a signal and I have some doubt of how it actually works. Could you help me, please?
1- Do I need to have the MT4 running on my computer to receive a order signal?
2- To receive a signal to close an open order, do I need to have the MT4 running on my computer?
3- I have the MT4 installed in my cellphone, does it make any difference regarding of receiving the signals?
4- Do I need to have a VPS service to work with signals?

You need a computer to make the initial signal subscription setup, then you can monitor your trades through your phone.
It is highly advisable to use MQL5 VPS, because you will avoid power and networks disruptions.
