while using a Live Broker account, i can't get charts

Hello,  As the title suggests, when I am using a live account that is funded through forex.com, I cannot access a new chart.  What am I misunderstanding or might be doing incorrectly?  Note, that the MetaQuotes-Demo account starts and I can do all that I should be able to do.  So my internet is functional.  A chart just sits there and states, "Waiting For Update".  Thank you for reading and any assistance provided.  Have a good day.  -ML

If you have logged into your live trading account with the correct credentials, account number, password and broker server you should be able to see working charts.

Double check your login details.

Thank for the pointer.  I have rechecked the broker's server info and what I am using is correct.  It states "Forex.com-Live 120".  When I right click on the account and choose "Login in to Trader Account" again, it doesn't offer the bounce sound like it does when a login goes bad.  It also doesn't show a Journal entry for "Network-##account##:authorized on"... message like the MetaQuotes terminal does.  But also, the Forex.com account does show to be bolded which I think means it is logged in.  I'm guessing here, but if you think it is the login, then maybe the login hasn't timed out yet and I am not hearing that bouncing sound because I am impatient.

If your Journal doesn't write authorization successful and the server reception icon with the little bars on the bottom right corner of your terminal is red and not green, then there is something wrong with your account credentials.
