good morning, i'm a newbie so i need to know a few things
a) What is a VPS? Is it a place where I host my EA?
b) Which broker should I use to trade binary options?
c) Does anyone know if there is a "scheduler robot" for sale? It would be a robot that stores the orders to be given for calls or puts for binary options with the possibility of it reading a txt with the order data and storing it automatically without me having to enter the orders by typing on screens.
d) someone told me that I have to have the "mt2 library" to be able to do this....
e) When I have mt5 installed, am I automatically connected to a broker?

search and read [Rules of Using the Virtual Hosting Service MetaTrader (Forex VPS)]
in the rules part 3 number 10 it has written that :" No DLLs are allowed on a Virtual terminal. There is no physical capacity to use DLLs there. "
I think because of that you receive such a error message.

I'll say right away I have no pretence just want to understand what the catch is.
Help me understand, now I am selecting a server for the Exchange under mt5, and here is a question that arose
Earlier when I traded on Forex I had a dedicated server(not the most expensive option) in the far suburbs (or rather strongly outside the city) of London, and all kitchens/brokers that were mainly based in the centre of London showed ping <1 ms on MT5.
I'm comparing it to Open's mt5 and can't figure it out. I now have a simple VPS for 1100p/month showing ping to Open 2+ ms, your VPS MQ shows 1.47 ms. At the same time my VPS is located in the city limits, and yours is kind of even in the same Data Centre with the servers of Open. And I don't understand why such a big ping? Is our network infrastructure so bad? What is the catch? Especially confusing is your VPS in the same Data Centre with Open.
Or it's the routing that is to blame, but again VPS MQ
