Requesting refund

Hello everyone,

Can anyone please tell me how I can request a refund on a job I opened and have paid but the job is not finished and with many problems but the coder is now ignoring me and accepting new jobs?

This is very upsetting for me as he has tricked me 3 times and asked me to wait because he is busy. Now I realised he is just doing other peoples work without finishing mine!

If anyone can help please reply.

Thank you.

Roiee

You can use arbitration like this:

If deviation from requirements specified occurred during work under this Order, you can request arbitration to resolve the situation.

if you already accept in Work Acceptance and Payment, I think there is nothing you can do..

He will not be able to return the money back, but the fix - with pleasure!

One Coder did not complete a job in more than a month.

He stated that he cannot do it.

So I asked for a refund so that I may allocate the job to someone else.

The Job was for $40.00 and I paid $48.00  to MQL5 including the fee.

A refund was requested.

The refund in my account is showing as $43.20

Why is that?

I have to pay to the new developer £40.00 for this job

and MQL5 are asking again for $48.00

Where is my $4.80 gone?

It may be VAT (just an idea..).
There is the thread related to VAT: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/334315

MQ charges VAT on orders from its customers. But does MQ pay it to the States where the customers themselves reside...

When a job is cancelled, you still have to pay the 10% commission to MQL5.
