Arbitration service not responding

Hello everyone,

I need help.

I have a freelance project in progress.

I requested arbitration because the coder doesn't have the necessary knowledge to do the job.

The coder won't validate the arbitration, and the Freelance service won't close the job.

When I ask for help from the mql5 help desk, a robot tells me to wait.

But I've been waiting for almost two months now.

I want to offer freelance work again, but I can't do it until this first job is closed.

Please help me.
