The Provider has trading symbol that is called something different on my Broker

Pls i need help with this problem. The provider has a trading symbol called XAUEUR, and my broker has same instrument but it is called Silver. Hence, my account hasn't been copying trades of this provide for the past two days. How di i unsubscribe and get a full refund.

It is related to the mapping, and you should check oit before subscription (before you have sent your money for subscription).

It is not my rule about 24 hours (it is the global rule).
You can move your subscription to the other broker's trading account (for example - open an account with same broker and same account type as the signal provider), and it may help in most of the cases.
