subscribe two account to one provider

I have two trading account and i connect both of them to a signal provider and purchase each one seperate, but in one of my account the signals copy and no problem but in the other one the signals dont copy at all, please help me to solve this problem.
I can see the name of signal provider at the navigator window but at terminal window beside of balance line there is not his name at all
In my mql5 account it show that both of accounts subscribe this signal but i can use only one of them
