can not copy another trades
Unfortunately from experience, I have noticed that the signal favourites on the website are not synchronised with favorites on the terminal. They seem to be totally separate. So you will have to use the Search tool on their terminal to find the signal first, and then add it to the favourites of the terminal.

Stop posting signals names, its against the forum rules.
When you search within MT4 you can only find MT4 signals, the same for MT5.
On my system (MetaTrader 5), I did a search with both the signal name and the author's username and it found it in both cases.
In a previous post I posted a screenshot, but I deleted it after Eleni warned about not posting the signal name.
So I will send it in private if you still wish to see the proof.

The provider may be visible in both platforms' search results Fernando, but the signal not, the MT4 signal will only be visible in MT4 search and the MT5 signal in MT5 search results.
I have assumed so far that the OP is talking about MetaTrader 5 and not MetaTrader 4. Was I wrong to assume that? Is the OP asking about MetaTrader 4?

I did all the process but the signal is no appearing. What can I do?

Hi I can copy trade yesterday.
The way I did was
1. clicking at signal tab in MetaTrader and tab Favorite and found as I chose the favorite signal in MQL5.com
2. Click subscription
3. Pay money
However I would like to copy another trade. It's in my favorite signal in MQL5.com but I don't see the signal in my favorite signal in my MetaTrader in Signal tab in Favorite tab so I can not copy trade now.
Please help.
