You can delete this purchase from Metatrader and install it once again (in case you have activations enought).
If it does not help so - ask the seller for help (for example, ask the seller to adapt this product to the latest build of Metatrader).

 

This seems to be an overal problem since today.  something changed on the MT4 platform?

The protector of MQL4 / EX4 programs has been fixed.

Unfortunately, the error was introduced when implementing the rejection of 32-bit programs in MQL5.

You need to remove previously downloaded faulty EX4 programs and download them again.
