My account does not show passed trades nor correct amount in the balance column.
I would like to trade again, I have money in account from Meta trader 4, but nothing is showing....can you please fix my account ASAP....

If you have money on the trading account it means the following:
you were sending your money to some company/broker, and you are trading according to this company's rules and condition/regulations.
MT4 trading account/history and MT5 trading account/history are completely different thing and different money in trading.
So, you can ask your broker to fix it.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.Try with demo first.

MT4 trading account/history and MT5 trading account/history are completely different thing and different money in trading.

because MT4 and MT5 are the different trading platforms: no history and no trading money can be combined between them.
No other option then querying the trade history and find the most current 'DEAL_TYPE_BALANCE' operation
