turbo plus v3

Hi
I recently downloaded an indicator called TURBO PLUS V3 for my trading strategy but every time 
that I install it on mt4 the program freezes and does not work... can someone help me? I think there's also TURBO 
PLUS V2 but I can't find it anywhere. thank you in advance and sorry if placed here but I'm not practical...

It calls two indocators internally, if you don't have them, it cannot work.
It needs Heiken Ashi, which is one of the default indicators but for some reason cannot load it in my computer while I can and I do use it in my other codes.

Also wants an indicator called BB_Alert_Arrows

You can run it again, first your MT4 will freeze, but give it sometime.

When it got un-freezed, on the terminal window (ctrl+T) check the Expert tab.

as not said.... I tried to restart mt4 and it got stuck... it doesn't open anymore
