6. Will all the EAs and charts have to be on the single instance of MT4? Or can I have the 2nd strategy on a 2nd instance of MT4 logged in to the same account and migrated to the VPS?

They are not written locally in your computer and you don't have access to MQL5 VPS folders.

If both strategies are applied to the same trading account, why don't you load both of them with all your EAs on the same terminal and trading account and migrate them all to your MQL5 VPS?

 
WHAT DO YOU MEAN, I BOUGHT A MONTH'S RENTAL OF A TRADING SIGNAL. AND IT WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND THEN THE COPYING OF THE TRADING SIGNAL STOPPED.
 
MY ACCOUNT NUMBER 720 39 598, AND THE TRADING SIGNAL IS NAMED EURUSD Happy hour.
 
I apologise for not greeting you right away. But I would like to add a little bit of information that the trading signal I bought is attached to my account on the navigator. But on the terminal, it is not. And accordingly, copying of the trading signal to my account does not happen. With what, it is connected and in what exactly occurs, the failure of the programme. I will be grateful for your help.

Please look in your profile in the "Signals -> Subscriptions" section.

There you do not have the "EURUSD Happy hour" signal in your subscription history, but there are three others. You also have a VPS subscription to the account "xxxxxxx198", to which you bought a subscription of the signal "xxxxx Risk EURUSD" from 2021.01.04.

You cancelled this subscription on 2012.01.15 at 18:52 from the same terminal, as a result it was disabled on your VPS terminal and you received an email "MQL5: You unsubscribed from [login: skorovaj10] signal".

Now your VPS terminal is without robots and subscriptions. To load it with work, you need to bind the signal or robots to the local terminal with account xxxx198 and start synchronisation with VPS.

What exactly is not working? There is log local (expert and journal) and remote (VPS).
