Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account with your akrogh24 login and NOT any other.
I don't understand if its a signal or an EA that you are looking for?
You can only subscribe to real/paid signals with a real trading account and not demo/free ones.

It is a signal, i think it is called, i want to copy trade a person (a trader)

If you know the exact name you will find it in the right platfom, in MT4 if its a MT4 signal and in MT5 if its a MT5.
