signal worked only for 1 day

Hello,

The signal I subscribed to worked on the MQL5 VPS for 1 day. Then I got my own VPS and installed the signal but it does not work. can you please help. i have attached a screenshot.

1. Check the mql5 account login status; 2. Check the server status; 3. Check the signal setting status; 4. All of the above are ruled out. Maybe the author's signal has no transaction record recently.

The icon in front of the signal is yellow. is that a problem. The help video shows that it should be green. Please see attached

Check MQL5 VPS5 journal (if it sucessfully synchronized so it works).

No, signal subscriptions are always yellow, you confuse it with the yellow real account and the green demo account colors.
