Cannot load executable module "ExpertAdvisor Name" from c:\hosting\instances\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\MQL5 subfolder


My Expert Advisor has always worked just fine, just today after updating the version i started getting this error message and the EA is no running on the VPS.

I have two VPS both with the same EA. Both are giving the same error message.

I have also switched the server, still same message.

Every minute which is the timeframe that this EA is using, the message shows up under VPS/Experts.

Not running and not showing any signs of being active.


Any help will be appreciated.

 

You can check all MQL5 VPS journal/logs for other information available.
It may be the Metatrader which was updated in MQL5 VPS (because MQL5 VPS = "Metatrader in cloud"), and your version of the EA is not compatible with this new build anymore ... who knows ..

Anyway, you can try to migrate once again later.

Yes could be the server is being updated. 
This is strange error which seems to be coming from the vps because I don't have that folder anyway and my EA has no dll that need to be loaded.

I have to same error own developed EA!

Please downgrade the hosting OS form 2779 to 2755. 

2755 are working fine!!!

I have tried to other marketplace experts, but is the SAME ERROR!!!!!

My version of Metatrader5 is v2755 15 Jan 2021

I'm getting the same error here, did you managed to solve that?

I have to same issue too.

My hosing node is MQL5 New York 13!

I have MT5 client. I don't syncronising any EA!

Hi,

I have the same issue on my side too. 

My host is London LD. It was working under MT5 client build 2755 up until this morning.

I updated my MT5 client to build 2776 05 Feb 2021 but, that did not help. 

I recompiled my EA but, that too did not help. 

What else can I try? 

Has anyone figured this one out?

I've just been informed that it has been fixed. Now users must stop/start their instances to make them work.
