Can't create a live account for use with Signal

Hi there - I decided I wanted to start using a signal, so I set up a new MT5 account (my other one is through a UK broker and so didn't think I could use that account). I subscribed to the signal, subscribed to the server, but have realised it's on the demo account. I have tried to set-up a new live account but the radio button is not active - it says I'll need to add ID, but there is no where for me to do this. I'm so frustrated that I have gone to withdraw my money, but it says I can't because I haven't earned any? All phone lines cut off after 2 minutes - this is ridiculous, I just want to have the money I added in a live trading account so I can follow the signal I subscribed to - please help.

Ok - figured it out - I've deposited the money to the wrong place - how can I get this back, or transferred to my broker account for use?

• You can subscribe your demo account to demo signals only (for free),
  and
• real account - for real signals (for money).
• The subscription can be moved (by you/subscriber) from one trading account to an other one (once in a week).

As to registering live/real account with any broker so sorry - we can not help you here (you should contact with the broker for that).

Thanks - I have an account with a broker, how can I move the signal there? Also I thought I was funding a trading account, but it has funded the purchase products account - can this be refunded or moved to my broker please?

move your subscription from one account to the other one

If yes so - you should contact with the service desk asking them for advice/refund (because forum profiles and the trading brokers accounts are not connected with each other). Use "Contact and requests" link on the bottom of this page.
